1. Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping:
For pre-made apparel (items that are in stock and ready to ship), please allow 7-10 business days for processing and delivery. This timeframe includes order fulfillment and shipping. -
Express Shipping:
For those who need their gear faster, we offer Express Shipping, which typically delivers within 3 business days from the date your order is processed. Please note that express shipping speeds are dependent on the carrier and may vary slightly. -
Pre-Orders:
If you’ve placed an order for pre-order items (items that are not yet produced or are part of a limited release), please allow up to 30-35 business days for processing and delivery. We’ll keep you updated with any changes to the expected delivery time, and you’ll be notified when your pre-order is ready to ship.

Shipping fees for standard shipping are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. -
Express Shipping Fees:

- All orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

- While we strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volume). We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed if any delays occur.
5. International Shipping:
- We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Missing or Lost Packages:
- Once your order is shipped, we’re no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows "delivered," but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
